Volunteer Opportunities We Need Help – We Need You!!!
The Diabetes Coalition continues to grow with many organizations asking for our services. We need our members’ help. The following is a list of events where the Diabetes Coalition will be during the month of July and August.

Healthy & Ready to Thrive Children and Families Initiative
We are working in collaboration with Digital Vibez to provide a 2-hour interactive nutrition, movement/exercise program at six different center-based, summer camp locations throughout the county. We (Diabetes Coalition) have 1 hour and then Digital Vibez does Exercise/Zumba with the kids – 2nd through 5th grades – approximately 60 kids at each site. We’ll be incorporating “Go, Slow, Whoa” elements into the program.
